The Zenith series of homes all share a common design feature in that the double Garage in each of these homes has access to the rear of the property via either a sliding glass door (in the case of the Zenith 170), or a single access roller door to allow boats and trailers to be stored in the backyard, out of prying eyes (as per the Zenith 200, Zenith 225 and Zenith 260).
However, this space behind the double Garage also allows for a range of landscaping and outdoor living features to be created. This is achievable because the Lounge, Dining and Kitchen of every house in the Zenith series open onto open areas offered behind the double Garage.
All the Zeniths have four-Bedrooms and have very similar footprints which gain more space and living areas as the you “move” from the Zenith 170 to the Zenith 200 and Zenith 220 and finally to the Zenith 260. The larger homes include a Media, Study and Alfresco to the rear.
