This contemporary and flexible design provides an unusual split of Bedrooms over lower and upper floors. The lower floor Lounge “straddles” the Entry which leads via hallway into Bed 3, Bed 4, Rumpus, Laundry, Powder, WC and Bathroom while a covered Patio, runs across the rear.
