Investors and developers have long sought corner blocks due to their subdivision potential, and the Whitby 470 is the latest multi-development design by Integrity New Homes to meet the ever-increasing market demand for small footprint, cost-effective living.
The attached duplex consists of two, three-Bedroom homes with their frontages catering to each side of the corner block, creating the impression of two freestanding homes. The facades also make use of a range of external materials (lightweight to the upper floor), low pitch roofs and striking lines.
