Heights 295

The Heights series provides a contemporary take on the traditional two-storey design by combining Bed 1 and a Study to the upper floor along with the Kitchen, Dining and Lounge with a large Alfresco — a style known as "reverse-living", ideally suited to those with views only achieved from being elevated. The designs offer the chance for families to have an "adult" area on the upper floor while the children have free reign of the lower floor. Aside from a further two Bedrooms, the lower floor includes a generous Rumpus, Bathroom, Powder, WC, Laundry and double Garage. The spacious Patio leads off the Rumpus via sliding glass doors, providing a secondary outdoor space for entertaining or supervising children in the rear yard.

Lennox 260

Inspired by lazy days at the beach, the Lennox 260 works well on steeper blocks and maximises views from the front on both the lower floor and upper floor. The lower floor combines a private Guest and Ensuite with access to the upper floor via an internal staircase. The upper floor comprises three Bedrooms with another Ensuite and a Bathroom. There is a wonderful open sense of space with the Family, Dining and Kitchen flowing seamlessly out onto the Alfresco.

Saltwater 190

The Saltwater series delivers a four-Bedroom home with open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge with Walk-In-Pantry, separate WC and Bathroom, as well as an Ensuite and Walk-In-Robe to Bed 1. Any of the Saltwater designs look particularly cutting edge in the optional skillion facade finish, but as with any Integrity design, it is possible to customise this home to suit personal taste, lifestyle and circumstances. The Mackay series has for more than a decade been the singular most popular series of homes offered by Integrity New Homes. Part of the success is the way these homes deliver fantastic functional everyday living experiences in a value-for-money four-Bedroom series that adds design elements as the homes increase in size.
