Lennox 260
Inspired by lazy days at the beach, the Lennox 260 works well on steeper blocks and maximises views from the front on both the lower floor and upper floor. The lower floor combines a private Guest and Ensuite with access to the upper floor via an internal staircase. The upper floor comprises three Bedrooms with another Ensuite and a Bathroom. There is a wonderful open sense of space with the Family, Dining and Kitchen flowing seamlessly out onto the Alfresco.

Sierra 365
This is a series of multi-level designs which make outstanding use of blocks which are high at the back, allowing the home to step down from an elevated position at the rear of the site down onto street level. As a result of considered planning this dynamic design will enjoy cooling breezes and breathtaking views and a very commanding street presence. The double Garage is set back from the front of each Sierra design but sits at a lower level with internal access via a set of internal stairs. Abutting the double Garage is a set of stairs accessing the covered Porch.

Tasman 290
A truly coastal-inspired design offering a blend of sophisticated casualness with maximum space suited for contemporary lifestyles and ideally suited to challenging and steep sites. Access to all the Tasman series is achieved through the lower floor Entry door which abuts the double Garage, with the spacious Entry leading via internal stairs to the upper floor living areas. The Lounge is open to the internal staircase and also leads directly to the Kitchen, Family and Dining as well as the spacious street facing Alfresco. Considered design within the Tasman 290 has allowed for a private Nook to be tucked in behind the kitchen.

Pacific 280
The Pacific series nails the brief to create a range of two-storey homes which draw in the best views of steeper blocks with an upper floor Alfresco to the side and Verandah to the front. When you combine this direct and immediate access to a spacious Dining, Lounge and Kitchen you have a home which makes you feel you are on holidays all the time. There are four Bedrooms in total with the lower floor including Entry, double Garage, Bed 4 and Walk-In-Robe with access to the upper floor via internal stairs. Zenith 260
The Zenith series of homes all share a common design feature in that the double Garage in each of these homes has access to the rear of the property via a single access roller door, allowing boats and trailers to be stored in the backyard out of prying eyes. This space behind the double Garage also allows for a range of landscaping and outdoor living features, as the Lounge, Dining and Kitchen of every Zenith open onto the areas offered behind the Garage. All the Zeniths have four Bedrooms and gain more space and living areas as you move through the series — the Zenith 260 includes a Media, Study and Alfresco to the rear.
