Access to all the Tasman series is achieved through the lower floor Entry door which abuts the double Garage. The Tasman 260 includes a Store (without shelving) and Bed 4 while the Tasman 290 has an Ensuite to Bed 4 but no Store. Once inside, the spacious Entry leads via internal stairs to the upper floor living areas and opens out on the Lounge.
The Lounge is open to the internal staircase and also leads directly to the Kitchen, Family and Dining as well as the spacious street facing Alfresco. The size and layout of these spaces vary across the Tasman series.
Going along with the notion that less is more, the aim was to keep all the living areas open and separated from the Bedrooms. Considered design within the Tasman 290 has allowed for a private Nook to be tucked in behind the kitchen while an optional cut-out feature wall gives good ventilation and sense of space.
There are three-Bedrooms, Bathroom, Ensuite and Laundry to the upper floor with plenty of storage and a generous Walk-In-Robe (WIR) to Bed 1 of the Tasman 260 and Tasman 290. A rear sliding glass door provides access from the airy Family outdoors. The Tasman 290 includes a private Deck off the Family and Laundry suitable for outdoor entertaining or drying of clothes.
