Building a home is a big journey, so it helps to know what's coming. Here is how Jake describes the process.
1. A conversation
It all starts with a conversation between you and Jake.
2. Finding your dream home
Next we work out the size, style, colours and everything in between. We walk you through it step by step, with a colour consultant and engineers on hand to help.
3. Prelim and contract
Once the design is taking shape, we move on to the prelim and then talk contract.
4. The life size walkthrough
This is where you get to experience your whole home before it's built. If you love something, great. If you want to change something, this is the time to do it.
5. Site cut and construction
We get the site cut done, then all our trades come in.
6. Regular updates
Every week or fortnight we bring you in to see how things are going. We keep you up to date with weekly photos, videos and phone calls, all the way through.
7. Handover
Then we hand your new home over to you.
