INH Energy Smart is owned and operated by Kamesh, a residential builder working across the Parramatta and Ku-ring-gai areas.
We are a custom builder, and a small one by choice. We take on fewer jobs than we could so we can stay across all of them, which means you deal with the people making the decisions instead of being handed between departments.
We design and build
Most builders are handed a finished set of drawings and asked for a price. We work the other way around. We develop the design with you first, then price off documentation we produced ourselves. One team, one point of accountability, first sketch to handover.
What we build for
A home should be healthy and comfortable first. Even temperatures from room to room. Filtered fresh air arriving continuously instead of whatever blows through the gaps. Walls detailed to stay dry, so the house is not quietly growing mould inside itself. Quiet, because the things that stop heat moving also stop sound.
You will not hear us pitch energy savings. Lower running costs do follow from building this way, but they are a by-product. The reason is how the house feels to live in, every day of the year.
All of it is decided early. By the time you are choosing tapware, the decisions that determine whether your home is comfortable have already been made, which is exactly why we want to be in the room before the drawings are finished.
Your home, your choices
Our standard inclusions exist to give you a realistic starting price. After that you pick and choose: tapware, tiles, joinery, appliances, flooring, lighting. Every home we build includes a 3D interior design, so you are choosing against rooms you can actually see, and you see them before anything is ordered.
What we hold firm on is the part you cannot change later. The insulation, the airtightness, the glazing and the ventilation are settled at design stage, as one system rather than three separate upgrades.
