We are custom builders. That is not a slogan, it changes how inclusions work here.
Most builders hand you a package and then let you upgrade out of it one line at a time, at their price. We publish a standard set of inclusions so you have a realistic starting price to think against. After that, you pick and choose. Swap what you want, keep what you like, leave out what you are never going to use.
What is flexible, and what is not
The finishes are entirely yours. Tapware, tiles, joinery, appliances, flooring, lighting. If you have a supplier you love, or something you saw and want matched, bring it to us. Your complimentary 3D interior design is where we work through all of it together, so you are choosing against something you can see rather than a sample board.
What we hold firm on is the part you cannot change later. The insulation, the airtightness, the glazing and the ventilation are settled at design stage, because they decide whether the house is comfortable and healthy to live in. No amount of beautiful tapware fixes a cold, damp bedroom.
Quality you can check
We source from leading Australian and international suppliers, and we will tell you exactly what product is going in and why. If a cheaper option does the same job, we will say so. If an expensive one is not worth the money, we will say that too.
