Griffith Builder That Can Navigate Council Requirements
With the block of land being outside of the main areas of Griffith there were a few challenges with sewage and other services. The process seemed daunting to Gurpreet, but Terry was able to help him navigate through all the council requirements.
Gurpreet is wrapped with Terry’s flexibility when he decided to fill in the alfresco and add an outdoor kitchen during the building process.
Custom Home Design Colour Selection
Gurpreet was a little unsure how the new homes inclusions would work together, but the Integrity New Homes colour selection process allowed him to choose different styles of tiles, upgrade fittings, cornice and kitchen design with time to make changes if needed.
Gurpreet wanted to change the layout of the kitchen design late in the process and was pleased that Terry could help him through a re-design of the kitchen at such a late stage.
