I'm Jamal Gittens, and I run Integrity New Homes here in Moreton Bay.
Before I started building homes, I spent close to twenty years in project and operations management, working in senior roles with businesses like Moreton Hire, Harry the Hirer, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. That work taught me how to run a complex project properly, manage a firm budget, coordinate a lot of moving parts, and deliver what I said I'd deliver, on time.
Along the way, my focus shifted toward cabinetry and custom manufacturing. We invested in CNC machinery and design software, which gave me hands on experience in how the small details, the ones most people never think about until they're living with them, come together to make a house actually work for the people in it.
Moving into new home building felt like a natural next step. It brings together everything I've learned along the way: how to manage a serious project properly, how a home is actually put together, and why the finish matters just as much as the framework.
Moreton Bay is growing fast, and I've watched more families choose to put down roots here for the space, the lifestyle and the easy run into Brisbane.
