I am honoured to share that Integrity New Homes Geraldton has been awarded the HIA Design of the Year. This recognition is not only a milestone for me personally but also a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our entire team here in Geraldton.
The design that received this award, the Next Wave 275 F3, comes from the Integrity New Homes national Design Library. From the moment I first saw it, I knew it captured what so many local families are looking for — a home that is stylish, practical, and built for the future. With open-plan living, flexible spaces, and a strong street presence, it’s a design that truly represents modern Australian living.
For me, this award reinforces why I became a builder: to deliver homes that improve people’s everyday lives. Every project is an opportunity to create something lasting, and to have our work recognised on a national stage is humbling. It’s a testament to the value of combining great design with hands-on craftsmanship and strong relationships with our clients.
I’m incredibly proud of what this means for Geraldton. It shows that families in our region can enjoy the very best in residential design without needing to look outside their own community.
