It's a big one for us — taking out both the over and under $600K categories as well as the overall title in the same year. The judges praised our over $600K home for its "confident presence against the pale earth and expansive sky" in a remote rural setting, and our under $600K home for its "distinctive street presence" and resilience in an exposed coastal location.
These wins add to eight HIA awards we've picked up since 2023, including 2025 Residential Design of the Year, 2025 Custom Built of the Year up to $500K, and 2024 GreenSmart Sustainable Home of the Year, among others.
