Our clients Woollongabba investment property needed a modern renovation and conversion from 2 units to 4 units to sell. As this was a "character residential zone" property we had to maintain its original street appeal.
We set out to redo the external timber cladding, new window and door trims, custom window hoods, new entry and stairs, excavation, concrete pathways and new roof and gutters.
This has been a challenging site due to weather and various council conditions and set backs. It was an evolving job site with numerous changes and ideas. DA requirements needed alternative solutions to reach a final product that satisfied clients designer's, council and all stakeholders with a suitable outcome.
