In many ways the Integrity New Homes designers have taken a traditional two storey design (with the bedrooms upstairs and the living areas on the ground floor) and given it a tweak by adding multiple covered outdoor living areas.
This tweaking has resulted in a Balcony wrapped around the front and a large covered Deck (with a Patio underneath) to the upper floor.
There are four bedrooms in total with Bed 4 located to the rear ground floor home with direct access to the Powder but separated from the Living, Dining and Kitchen.
It is easy take the groceries from the car when it is parked in the Garage and straight into the Kitchen.
