Package includes a provisional sum of $380,000 for the purchase of the block, and the build price of the house. It includes an upgrade for H2 class foundation and an upgrade to N3 wind rating. It also includes the following provisional sums:
· Supply and installation of floor coverings including the external concrete areas $22833.00
· Driveway construction $9000.00
· Allowance for a shed including concrete slab $40000.00
· Supply and install of a clothes line $480.00
· Supply and install of a letter box $322.00
· Supply and install of two 22000 litre tanks $10000.00
· Supply and install of a waste water treatment plant $11000.00
It excludes all other items not normally included in a standard building contract.
Please Note Concrete slabs suitable E class foundations are the most expensive of all to construct. At the time of writing the soil classification was not known. Hence, we have allowed for a worst-case scenario. If the soil type is determined as one of the less reactive types this could result in a substantial reduction in the build cost.
