This package also includes $57240 sloping site allowance so the house doesn’t have to appear like it is half buried in the hill side. If a level house site is chosen, the price can be reduced by that amount.

So all you need to do is live. 

All these prices are up for negotiation, so if you want to do your own tanks or you don’t want a bitumen driveway just drop that off the price.
