On this beautiful day in Adelaide we decided it would be a good idea to produce a progress update. The home we will be showing you is a Custom Design on a narrow allotment in Windsor Gardens. We customised this design to best benefit the site conditions and maximise the open plan living experience.
What’s new?
The first thing you will notice on this progress update are the bricks. All the PGH Connoisseur bricks have been laid (still yet to be cleaned) and all the electrical first fix is ready for the Gyprock Core Plus to be screwed in place. The Actron Air Conditioning is being hung in place ready for installing, which has reverse cycle capabilities and is three (3) way zone controlled.
What’s Next?
Internal lining stage: this entails starting on the inside of the New Home which it already has. The Gyprock Core Plus will be fixed and flushed out, just after the insulation is put in place. Then we start to see the home take more internal shape; the kitchen can be measured to suit the linings and be scheduled for fixing out.
We start on the second fixed plumbing by building in the bath (from Reece Bathrooms) and getting ready for waterproofing the wet rooms (7 year warranty).
