About the role
We
are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our award-winning team at Integrity New Homes Geraldton. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction of high-quality timber framed residential properties in the Geraldton area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilising your carpentry skills to contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, installing doors and windows, cladding and fixout.
Read and interpret , plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient execution of tasks
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks to a high standard
Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate the completion of projects
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members as required
What we're looking for
Formal carpentry qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the residential construction or renovation industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work from plans and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all relevant health and safety protocols
A drivers licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required with your own tools
