INH Coastal Constructions is locally owned and operated by Daniel Neilsen. Daniel is also your onsite builder who is part of the construction from start to finish. Daniel is passionate about creating stunning renovations and turning your dreams into a reality.
What We Build:
The Sunshine Coast is one of the beautiful places in the world. One of the only struggles is finding land to build on. Whilst Daniel is a new homes builder, we understand most people in the area are looking to take the current home and extend, elevate, restore or renew. Renovations are the big ticket item on the Sunshine Coast and we are open to all needs and wants for your home.
And for others, it might be a complete restart on the land they own. This is called a Knockdown Rebuild. This is where we demolish the home on your land and build something new.
We have hundreds of new home designs for you to explore and take inspiration from. If you are in the market for a new home, single storey, double storey, steep site or duplex, we are open to exploring how we can build your dream home.
