We are pleased to have recently completed two Granny Flats for a client in the Kings Park area who required a very strong slab as part of the design and construction criteria.
The building incorporated a small kitchen and bathroom to suit a two bedroom granny flat and was constructed as a brick veneer building with a colorbond roof.
The granny flats were built in four months which included the design and approvals process.
In this job we provided only the structural elements and the client completed the internal fitout.
