I have been in the building industry for over 20 years. My Passion for the industry only grown as he spend more time in it. 

I grew up in a small country town where honesty and reliability were instilled in me early on by our tight-knit community. After leaving school, I jumped straight into an apprenticeship with one of the town's top builders known for quality homes. Though he was tough and critical, it taught me to always aim higher, especially with my own work.

During my seven years in commercial construction, I honed my skills in project management, prioritizing safety, and leading large-scale projects. Alongside my career, I've built a family with my wife of over twenty years, raising two kids deeply involved in local sports. We enjoy riding horses together and cheering on our kids at pony club events or soccer games. Swimming at Bexhill Quarry is a favorite family pastime, exploring the hidden gems of the northern rivers region.

Transitioning to subcontracting carpentry for residential builders was a valuable experience, teaching me the ins and outs of running building sites and handling various projects. Eventually, I ventured into independent projects, starting with small decks and gradually expanding to new homes.

In 2018, I bought the Integrity New Homes Byron Bay franchise, relocating my family to the northern rivers area. The region's natural beauty and emphasis on organic living resonated with me, and the warm community reception made it feel like home. Acquiring the franchise propelled my business forward, adopting their proven systems for smoother project delivery. Over the years, I've assembled a team of quality tradespeople to ensure exceptional projects throughout the area.

Living here, I'm driven by the strong sense of community and the desire to deliver top-notch, sustainable homes. My goal is to provide stress-free design and build solutions, prioritizing eco-friendliness whenever possible.
