What is Integrity Edge?
Integrity Edge is a two part customer focused quality assurance programme. The construction half of Integrity Edge focuses on quality workmanship across all trades. Each trade is given a specific list of minimum standards that they must adhere to. These are checked and signed off by the trade and double checked by the project manager, prior to invoice payment. These minimum standards given to each trade ensures a consistent level of high quality work on all of our projects. At Integrity New Homes Upper Hunter, it doesn't matter to us whether is it a custom build or a project home, we aim for the same high level of quality every time.
The client portion of our Integrity Edge quality assurance programme ensures our client's complete satisfaction with their new home. We achieve this with onsite meetings between our client and our project manager and with a detailed checklist that covers the minor details that are often forgotten about. Site meetings allow our clients to do a walk through and see the progress of their new home first hand. It also provides us a chance to double check and confirm very important details that are extremely difficult and costly to change at the end, like the location of bathroom plumbing and kitchen layout.
