Designer Inclusions
Description
The Sovereign 28 was inspired by the flow of a waterfall. From the Entry there is a seamless flow into the Living and Dining Rooms, which in turn access the Alfresco and the Home Theatre. From the living areas it is a natural progression into the Study and Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 with the Bathroom and Laundry handily located. Finally, the flow ends at the Master Bedroom and Ensuite which sit at the very back of the home providing the ultimate retreat.
