It also includes a provisional sum of $10,000 for the installation of a wastewater treatment system. Included in the sale price of the block is a 10 kw solar system. (remember to kiss your power bill goodbye before moving in) It excludes all other items not normally included in a standard building contract, such as driveways, and floor coverings.

Please Note Concrete slabs suitable E class foundations are the most expensive of all to construct.  At the time of writing the soil classification was not known. Hence, we have allowed for a worst-case scenario.  If the soil type is determined as one of the less reactive types this could result in a substantial reduction in the build cost.  (Please contact us for further clarification)
